Stevie's Inspiration

Stevie Ayres designs and makes a unique collection of hand made handbags and accessories from her studio in Cumbria.
 
After spending 12 years as a textile designer with a leading tweed mill, Stevie decided to explore her creativity using vibrant silks and vintage fabrics collected from her extensive travels.
 
The philosophy behind zumo is to create bespoke and individual designs, and to work with small independent shops and boutiques around the UK. All products are handmade to the highest standards – fabrics are hand dyed, trims and buckles sourced from the best suppliers.
 
The result is a collection of handbags and accessories that are truly works of art.
