DESPATCH & DELIVERY:

Orders will be sent within 28 working days. Please contact us if you have an urgent order.

UK Orders
 
For UK delivery there is a scaled charge for postage and packaging starting at £2.50 per order based on the weight of the parcel.

Overseas Orders
 
We are happy to accept overseas orders if payment is made by credit card. Postage will be charged at cost and we will inform you of the amount before shipping for those orders above 300g in weight. Any order upto 300g in weight will have a standard charge of £6.50 for Europe and £7.00 for the rest of the world.

RETURNS/CANCELLATION. Distance Selling Regulations 2000:

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 we will be happy to accept returned items or exchange any item with which you are not satisfied, provided they are returned in good condition within 7 days of receipt.
 
We would appreciate you contacting us prior to returning goods. All items must be returned using the registered mail service for proof of dispatch, available at all main Post Offices. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
 
If any item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer you the option of a substitute item, or other colour.

TRADE DESCRIPTION ACT:

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, the handmade and hand-dyed quality of our natural materials means that there will be variations in the surface textures and colours, giving each individually crafted piece its own inherent beauty. We do, however, recommend that if your cushions need to be cleaned they must be Dry Cleaned only, after removal of any buttons.

HOW TO PAY:

You can order in four different ways: Online via our secure server: by phone; by post or by fax.
 
We accept Visa and MasterCard, credit cards and Visa Delta, Switch and Solo debit cards Cheques are made payable to 'Zumo' and must have a cheque guarantee number and your address on the reverse.

PRIVACY:

We take your privacy seriously, we do not sell or pass on your details to any third party, other than for the normal business purposes of processing your payment and delivering your order.
